I had wonderful time here.

The rooms they offer were contemporary and newly decorated with exceptional design as well as a comfortable chair. The location was good and so close to a train station.

The hotel had a favourable location steps away from a medieval cathedral. The room was new-fashioned & spotless with a big veranda, stylish furniture.

The service was all in all good. The location of the hotel was great and fantastic - at a medium distance from an art museum. And the area was touristic, near to train station, and Uffizi Museum.

The hotel was enchanting, had good views and unbeatable location near to experiencing Florence, the main attractions of the city and the train station and florence cathedral.

There was bad smell in some areas and Wi-Fi was very poor.

The breakfast is awesome with a great selection of dishes.

Overall a functional trendy boutique hotel. Contemporary, decent size rooms provided with a big veranda or patio-like a a deep well and a comfortable chair and Queen bed. Amazing location close to the train station, excellent restaurants in the local area. Excellent and outstanding meals.

The location was incredible, adequate in food selection with easy access to main shopping street and a shopping street. Plus it was max 15 mins walk to the lake.

Incredibly beautiful and enchanting place, nice staff at the reception desk. Huge room provided with Queen bed and storage space, as for instance. Great design in the rooms, great food. Pretty close to the airport, 0.5 miles.

Functional place with amazingly nice staff at the reception desk, greatly enjoyed it. The location was marvellous and amazing, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from an art museum.

In overall, the place is functional, has incredibly nice staff on the reception desk. The junior suite is fashionable and contemporary. The breakfast was extensive and free, we enjoyed a lot of meals. The location is marvellous, 15 minutes' walk to a prominent art museum. Also, it is next to all the piazzas and the river, the centre and the train station and florence cathedral and main attractions.

Decent size room with a lot of space. Exceptionally comfortable beds and 2 televisions, a Nespresso coffee machine, and WiFi.

The hotel with well-appointed and newly renovated rooms, in a tourist area, to Michaela getting us tickets to the sold out museum at the last second. Superfriendly personnel at the reception desk.

We had an incredible stay at Mgallery in Florence. The hotel's location near the Duomo made it convenient to explore the city on foot. The contemporary design and amenities were top-notch, and the included breakfast was fantastic. The staff was friendly and always available to assist us. Despite minor issues, like hearing noise from the neighboring room and slow elevators, we would definitely choose this hotel again. I highly recommend Mgallery for a wonderful stay in Florence.
